Michael Kotsifas
Principal Lawyer
Michael holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice and a Bachelor of Laws.
As Principal Lawyer of JK Legal, Michael advises and represents clients across all areas of Australian immigration law, as well as in various other practice areas. He also regularly represents health professionals, including nurses and other practitioners, in disciplinary and regulatory matters before bodies such as AHPRA and professional boards.
Andrew Kotsifas
Practice Manager
Andrew has been with JK Legal since the firm was founded in 2008 and has played a central role in its growth and operations. In 2010, he completed his Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice, giving him a strong foundation in the complexities of immigration practice.
As Practice Manager, Andrew oversees the firm’s operations and provides support across both immigration and general law matters. His long experience with JK Legal means he understands the needs of clients and the demands of the legal system.
Monique Connell
Paralegal
Monique is an aspiring lawyer who is currently completing her Juris Doctor at La Trobe University.
As our paralegal, she is the first point of contact for clients and plays an important role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day work.
